“The American economy is surging under the leadership of President Trump. For the first time in a generation, we’re building wealth and securing our futures with a strong economy. Unemployment is at a 50-year low, and over the past three years, 7 million jobs have been created, including over 500,000 in manufacturing. In Pennsylvania alone, we’ve seen 162,000 new jobs since November 2016,” said Congressman Scott Perry. “I applaud the President’s policies that focus on improving the lives of everyday Americans, many of those same policies he highlighted tonight. I look forward to continuing to work with him in 2020 to deliver on the issues that matter most to the citizens of Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District, including lowering prescription drug prices and reducing health care costs.”
