Rep. Scott Perry looks forward to tackling issues that include economy, energy, security

Congressman Scott Perry, R-10, was among those touring a new walk-in crisis center in Harrisburg on Tuesday, ahead of a visit to the U.S. Capitol.

"We’ve got to obviously work on our economy, and I think a lot of that has to do with energy because energy touches everything. Lower the cost of energy, lower the cost of everything else. But you also have to work on security, not only in our country with the border, crime in our own streets, but internationally," he said.

Perry said that while Republicans did well in Pennsylvania in the election, the hard work will actually begin once Congress is back in session next year.
